LEVELS
ASSOCIATE LEVEL

Associate Level is our newest quad members. They work in partnership with our Master Stylists where they advance their skill and knowledge.  They are highly trained to perform services under the guidance of a Master Stylist.
STYLIST LEVEL

Stylist Level has completed our Associate Program where they train extensively under a Master Stylist, and attend all advanced education courses offered through our ongoing Zuma Educational Program. 
SENIOR LEVEL

Our Senior Stylists are in demand, and have advanced within our company. They have completed multiple advanced education classes and continue to advance their knowledge and skill.
MASTER LEVEL

Master Stylists are our most in demand stylists and are often booked for several weeks in advance. They have achieved Certified Redken 5th Avenue Colorist status.  Master Stylists are also educators and will have their Associates perform some services.
